69% describe their primary role as clinical; 14% as administrators; 7% as educators; 1% as research
53% indicate they provide hospice care; 12% indicate palliative care; 22% both hospice and palliative; 7% other
35% indicate they primarily provide care in an urban setting; 34% in a suburban setting; 18% in a rural setting
