In HPNA’s role as the lead organization in end-of-life and palliative nursing care, the Board of Directors is committed to promoting excellence in end-of-life nursing. As additional Patient/Family Teaching Sheets are being developed the site will be updated. Spanish and Mandarin Chinese translations will be included as they become available.
HPNA announces an update for customized HPNA Teaching Sheets that include your organization’s logo.
Adding your organization’s logo to the HPNA Teaching Sheets is now available from your own computer, giving you more control over when you have your final document and you can update or change your logo any time you want.
The HPNA Teaching Sheets have been reformatted to include space for a 1” X 2 ¾” logo or label. To access the process to add your organization’s logo to the HPNA Teaching Sheets, please go to Teaching Sheet Logo.
